Proud Home of Dawg House Gymnastics!

ACPA's recreational gymnastics program trains students in vault, bars, beam, and floor. Classes are structured for students to learn all aspects of gymnastics, while building their strength and flexibility. Recreational classes are available for students 18 months through adult. Classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, with each level focusing on different skills. ACPA also offers boys only gymnastics, with an emphasis on male gymnastic apparatuses (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar). All recreational gymnastics students will have the opportunity to participate in the end of the year gymnastics showcase held at ACPA.

ACPA also offers tumbling classes under the gymnastics curriculum. These classes focus solely on tumbling skills performed on the floor. Classes are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with each level focusing on different skills. These classes are available for students age 5 through adult.

At age 5, female students are allowed to try out for ACPA's competitive gymnastics team "Dawg House Gymnastics." The competitive gymnastics program includes compulsory levels (1-6) as well as prep optional and optional (7-10) levels. ACPA hosts one home gymnastics meets per year, “Starkvegas Nights”

Dawghouse Gymnastics also travels throughout the southeast to compete. Past competitions include the National Gymnastics Challenge in Athens, Georgia and the Edgewater Classic in Panama City, FL.
